Are your prices including GST?
Yes. Every price on this website is the full price including GST. Auschain Pty Ltd is registered for GST and you receive a tax invoice for every job.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No separate call-out fee in Sutherland Shire — travel is included. St George & South Sydney add $30, the rest of Sydney $60. The estimator shows the exact total before you book.
What if you can't fix it?
You only pay the $49 diagnostic fee — no labour charge. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Is remote support safe?
Yes. You start the session, you see everything, and access ends when you close it. I never ask for banking passwords or card details.
